I am the co-founder and CEO of Effective.dev — a company delivering custom software development services. We build AI-driven, web, mobile, and backend products, assemble dedicated engineering teams, and help businesses of all sizes create or scale their tech capabilities.

I am the co-founder and CEO of Effective.ventures — a startup studio that ideates, builds, and launches AI-first software startups. We draw on the deep engineering expertise of Effective.dev, mentor first-time founders, and move quickly by relying on small, hyper-focused teams.

I’m the founder of DevFest.ru — a community-driven conference that fosters developer collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a thriving tech ecosystem.

I’m also the founder of Student Labs — a nonprofit initiative that supports student and school-aged developers in Omsk, giving them real-world project experience, teamwork skills, and mentorship.

I’m the co-founder of Omsk Digit — a regional association in Omsk. I’m leading the Software Engineering track and personally overseeing education and startup topics.
Backstory & Community Roots

I studied at Omsk State University (mathematics & computer science).

I founded developer communities: for example, GDG Omsk and Mobilatorium — where like-minded engineers & students network, learn and build together.

I’ve worked across different engineering roles — from Android / Java / mobile developer to technical lead, instructor, organizer, and technical director — giving me wide experience in both hands-on coding and team / project leadership.
